All of packages are sent from our warehouse in China and South America that’s why we are able to provide lower prices.
How We Ship
Upon your selection and payment of your items, the shipping process immediately begins. We make sure to have your correct shipping information, and we are typically able to ship in 4 business day. Your items are packed safely and securely to guarantee a quality product. In any case where your item is damaged or has a fault, simply return your item and we will replace it for you at no cost to you.
We strive to ship our products anywhere in the world. If there is every any reason that we can’t meet your shipping need, we will work with you to find a solution. Shipping international packages are free and we ship to over 200 countries.
While we are able to ship worldwide, we are not responsible for any accrued customs fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer. In most cases, however, customs fees are small in comparison to the overall shipping costs. There no custom fee’s in many Countries, like USA, UK and many others.
Shipping depends entirely upon location. We can’t guarantee a certain delivery date upon shipment. What we can guarantee is that we will ship your item in 3 business days. International items usually arrive within 3 weeks, while items purchased in the U.S. typically arrive within 10 business days.

Upon shipment of your item, we will send a tracking number to the e-mail address that you provided. In the event that you do not receive an e-mail within 5 business days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
How items arrive
We ship our items securely and discreetly. We take your privacy very seriously and feel that only you should know what you are purchasing. If we can ship all of your items together we will always aim to do so. However, in large orders with many items, we can’t guarantee that all of your items will be shipped together.
