Order cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime until it is shipped.  Once your item is shipped, an order cancellation can’t be completed.


We understand that things happen that require a refund.  It is important to understand the process and our refund policy.  Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.  You are always free to request a refund by visiting the contact us page and e-mailing us.

We guarantee the shipment of your product in 30 days. ( 30 days not including 2-4 day processing).

If you have not received your product within the guaranteed 30 day window, you can request a refund or reshipment.  This is a very rare circumstance.

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, we will replace your product at our expense.  Simply request a replacement and send the item back to us.  We will reship a new product and provide you the new tracking information.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Approval of refund

Once a refund has been approved, we will process the refund back to your payment method.  Your account is typically refunded within 10 business days of approval.  This number can variate depending on your bank or payment method.


If you have purchased an item that wish to exchange, such as clothing or an equipment need that isn’t what you envisioned it, simply request an exchange and we can work to a conclusion that satisfies you.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
